Jay Kratz is known by many clients as
“the Body Wizard.”
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Jay has built a reputation for high-efficacy work that consistently moves the needle, helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and regain trust in their bodies faster than standard approaches.
Jay brings a refined understanding of pelvic alignment, spinal balance, and femur head centration, recognizing these as foundational to how the entire body organizes itself. He understands how the body functions through movement, sports, walking, sitting, and daily life, allowing him to identify breakdowns not just on the table, but in real-world use.
He has been trusted with NFL-level athletes and high-performing bodies and is the creator of the Regenerate Method, a proprietary system developed through decades of clinical practice and results.
His work is multi-modal, using a wide range of tissue manipulation techniques combined with bone-focused precision. He integrates assessment, targeted correction, and education to identify tension and compensation patterns, then repatterns the body in a way that sticks. Grounded in a movement-first, bodywork-second philosophy, he encourages clients to embed the R3GENERATE Method’s alignment principles into their bodies so organization and strength continue to deepen, reducing the need for ongoing corrective bodywork over time
Sessions often leave clients feeling more grounded, more aligned, and in less pain. The body feels reorganized and back online, with clearer understanding, renewed hope, and a clear path forward, supporting changes that last.
Sessions are $195/hr and reflect the depth of experience, precision, and integrative approach required to create meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Mobile Sessions will include a $50 additional fee.
Working with Jay helped me have the best season of my NFL Career. Each week there are new injuries and new opportunities to get better. Jay was great to work with and really helped me perform my best each and every Sunday.
Thank you Jay!

Credentials & Experience
Jay’s work is centered on moving the needle, reducing pain, preventing injury, and interrupting the breakdown patterns that lead to long-term deterioration.
He served as a team therapist for the Denver Broncos, working on game days, traveling with the team, and standing on the sidelines with players. This role required rapid assessment, precise intervention, and a deep understanding of how bodies perform and break down under elite-level demands.
Jay has worked with professional UFC fighters, semi-professional MMA athletes, competitive karate competitors, high-impact skiers, and athletes across ultimate frisbee, hockey, ballet, soccer, pickleball, golf, baseball, and football.
His clinical experience includes supporting recovery from muscle tears, strains, sprains, achilles injuries, joint injuries, and chronic overuse patterns, often when conventional approaches had stalled.
Jay’s foundational training comes from Mark Manton, founder and lead instructor at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC), who served as Jay’s primary teacher across all bodywork modalities. This education shaped Jay’s hands-on precision, assessment skills, and integrative clinical approach.
His second-largest influence comes from advanced training with Jerry Hesch, whose Hesch Method and pain-resolving techniques further refined Jay’s ability to address complex joint and structural presentations.
Jay also completed extensive training with Craig Liebenson, incorporating principles from the Prague School of Athletic Development, giving him a strong foundation in biomechanics, movement systems, and applied rehabilitation.
His background is further supported by physical therapy influenced training with Mark Bookhout, strengthening his clinical reasoning and movement-based integration.
At the heart of Jay’s work is a larger mission: to slow and reverse the deterioration process by teaching the body how to organize, absorb force, and regenerate. This approach has supported not only injury recovery and performance resilience, but also measurable improvements in bone density in women in their 60s and 70s, demonstrating that regeneration is possible well beyond midlife.
Jay is deeply committed to helping people age better, move with confidence, and build bodies that are resilient, not just repaired.
“I heard about Jay from a friend whose opinion I trust when it comes to wellness. She couldn’t quite explain what he does, but said she was having neck pain and he cleared it up in one session.
I’ve been seeing him ever since on a regular basis and have found that my lower back pain has resolved and I am seeing other benefits like increased range of motion and my body is more in balance. I consider his sessions to be a way to counteract aging and ensure I can keep doing all of the activities that I enjoy. He is also amazing at pinpointing the source of my pain or tightness almost immediately which allows treatment of the root cause, not just the symptom. I highly recommend seeing Jay and going with frequency to get the maximum benefit he can offer!”
